电牵引采煤机零件知识库构建

摘要: 为实现电牵引采煤机零件知识的管理与共享,分析知识库总体结构、组织方式,研究了知识库建库原理与方法。基于实例模板建库原理对采煤机实例进行定义和编辑,建立产品层次级实例库|利用参数化设计方法的几何约束和工程约束建立参数化零件模型库|针对采煤机所用材料特性建立材料库实现对材料信息的存储与查询。基于UG平台利用二次开发技术、数据库技术等开发了电牵引采煤机零件知识管理系统,经企业应用,该方法提高了设计效率,为设计人员提供了方便的知识服务平台。

Abstract: For the realization of the knowledge management and sharing of electric traction shearer parts, the paper analyzes the overall structure and organization of knowledge base and studies the principle and method for building knowledge base. The case base of hierarchy level is built based on the case template foundation theory by the definition and edit of shearer cases. The parametric design method of geometric constraints and engineering constraint are used to build parametric parts library. The material case is built according to the material properties to realize the storage and query of material information. Based on UG platform, the parts knowledge management system of electric traction shearer is developed by using UG secondary development and data base technology. Through the enterprise application, the proposed method improves the design efficiency and provides a knowledge service platform for designers.
